I saw Ulrich Wild has ii of these (and uses other art stuff) I figured... what do I have to loose? Equally before long as I took it out of the Box I couldn't believe how heavy and sturdy it felt. It's a heavy well made unit. I am mediately put matched mullard tubes in it. I have privy hardware. I accept a distressor, a Neve compressor, a Heritage Audio Succesor and I'll tell you what. This thing rides even with all of them. I'm non actually sure how they brand these so cheap. It EASILY sounds similar a $1000 unit. I'm not the simply ane that thinks so. Look at the other reviews. I use this on the drum bus exclusively. Every mix.

I've been mastering in the box for a couple of years so I decided to add analog gear to my circuit. Im using RME Pro AD DA converter and they brand a perfect combination for mixing and mastering hybrid. I'm about to change the tubes to 12AX7 for a more crispy sound. Don't think twice and purchase this compressor.

The Pro VLA Two is a nifty starter principal bus compressor. At first I doubted that changing out the tubes would have whatsoever meaning issue but I couldn't have been more incorrect. I swapped out the 2 stock tubes for Mesa/Boogie 12AX7 Preamp Tubes and I noticed information technology took away the muddiness and brought a more transparent rich signal. The stereo link feature is useless it sounds horrible when on and great when it is off. You lot can become a lot out of this unit if you lot know how to use information technology, don't abuse information technology. Happy tracking!
